If the file /address@concealed is still on your filesystem for testing, try running the command

 

/usr/bin/mhonarc -add -modifybodyaddresses -addressmodifycode ''  -rcfile /usr/share/sympa/default/mhonarc-ressources.tt2 -outdir /address@concealed/2015-02  -definevars "listname='sabinetest' hostname=lists.kit.edu yyyy=2015 mois=02 yyyymm=2015-02 wdir=/var/lib/sympa/wwsarchive base=http://scc-lists-02.scc.kit.edu/wws/arc tag=d9809efd43" -umask 027 < /address@concealed

 

... from the command line, as the Sympa user.  Then you’ll be able to see any error messages produce on standard output, which might help, if the issue is an out of date or missing module that is only used in certain cases.  I’ve noticed on our server that we need a version of MIME::Charset after 1.006 (the latest is 1.011, but EPEL for RHEL6 only provides 1.006 and so we had to compile from CPAN source) else we get occasional errors with parsing MIME messages with international character sets.

Hi all,

 

we have got a problem similar to the problem described by Marco Gaiarin in October 2013 in this mailinglist.

 

The problem occurs since an automatic debian update (We have the following package installed: sympa (6.0.1+dfsg-4+squeeze2))

The problem doesn’t occur for every emails. Only some oft hem can’t be archived correctly, most emails can be archived correctly.

 

The logs show the following lines:

The  userID is sympa (I checked it with the test Dadiv Verdin proposed in October 2013):

Our mhonarc-version is v2.6.16:

Has anybody else fixed this problem on his server oder does anybody have any hints what I could check else or that could be the problem?
