By the way you don't need DMARC to send to
yahoo.

The new feature does not give you DMARC. It rewrites From: headers such
that mail FROM your subscribers at Yahoo (and other domains that publish
a restrictive DMARC policy) will be accepted by Yahoo (and other
domasins that enforce a restrictive DMARC policy). And it *is* needed to
get list mail from address@concealed to be delivered to your subscriber
address@concealed, for instance.
Well, I got no problem with VERP and address@concealed in from
header for example right now. Is the policy is up right now ?

You wouldn't have it with "address@concealed" as the sender, unless chunkz.net advertises a restrivtive DMARC policy.

The issue is that From: addresses in domains that advertise a restrictive DMARC policy will not be accepted by domains that enforce DMARC.
