Has anyone been able to get the unsubscribe footer to work in 6.1.23?  After our upgrade, it’s being escaped to ASCII.  I’ve tried both attachment modes with the same result.

Attachment type (footer_type)

-          Append to message body (append)

-          Add a new MIME part (mime)

Does anyone know a fix?  Or is this a bug?
