Easy. Subscribers on a list have a 'receiving' option (and a list has a
default setting for this for all new subscribers). If set to 'not_me' then
they do not receive a copy of their own mail when the message is accepted and
distributed. If set to 'mail' (standard direct reception) then it goes out
to all list members, including themselves. I think this is the default
behaviour, too.
