The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,

I have installed the software, created a list and am attempting to send out a
message. However, I am getting the following message back from the server:

Impossible to distribute your message for the following reason:

List '<my list>' does not exist.
---
Any ideas what could be wrong? It seems that the reporting of this error is
not completely accurate.
