The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi,

I've tried to find information for getting a newsletter plugin from  Wordpress to get to work with Sympa. Due to the program's name it's quite difficult to get any kind of coherent answer rather than "nice" in french. 

I'm desperetly trying to finish a website I'm doing and they use sympa for their mailings. 

The Newsletter plugin I'm using suggest the following:

But i don't have an "action attribute' ie. http://qoate.us1.list-manage1.com/subscribe/post?u=a2d08947dcd3683512ce174c5&id=fd667825ba. or the 'e-mail identifier' to start with. 

The sypma mailing list I'm trying to get subscribed to is  address@concealed

Could I get a hand please? 

I'm sure that this is something that can help more people than just me, and you can add it to your FAQ's.
