The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I'm having all kinds of installation issues with Sympa on

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 (x86_64)

VERSION = 11

PATCHLEVEL = 2

In the /var/log/apache2/ error logs  I'm seeing this error:
[Fri Nov 16 12:32:39 2012] [error] [client 137.65.145.225] client denied by server configuration: /home/sympa/bin/wwsympa-wrapper.fcgi  

Which is also the reason why I'm getting the 403 Error from the page.  

This is a brand new install.

Are there any good instructions for the installation and config of Sympa on Suse Linux?
