There's a command for this in the "sympa admin" portion of the web interface, that's what I've done.

I don't know the "correct" programmatic way.

Yeah. I've already wrote such script. I'll just finish it's documentation and 
send it here.

Once the messages are in those directories, tell sympa to rebuild the
archives for the list.
What is the right way to do it? In arc2webarc.pl it touches some 
.rebuild.$list_id file. in order to rebuild web archive. It is the most right 
way? What should I write in script documentation?
