Yes, but if you diff the configs the only changes are serial, date, and
date_epoch.

I tried the following:
1) with no priority setting in the config, tried setting to priority 3
No priority gets set in the config.
2) with no priority setting in the config, tried setting to priority 5
No priority gets set in the config.
3) with "priority 5" set in the config, tried setting to priority 5
Priority is still 5 (but line moved within the file).
4) with "priority 3" set in the config, tried setting to priority 5
Priority gets changed to 5.
5) with "priority 5" set in the config, tried setting to priority 3
Priority gets changed to 3.
