The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I'm having problems with CAS authentication suddenly, and I am stumped 
as to how to fix it.  I'm running sympa 6.1.1.

In my log files, I'm getting the error:

err CAS ticket validation failed : error IO::Socket::INET6 configuration 
failederror:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0) unable to connect 
https://correct_hostname:443/#012

Any ideas?
