Dear Sympa User Group!
I'm running the latest version of Sympa on an Ubuntu 10.04 LTS server. The supplied init script encounter two errors during the stop procedure.
/etc/init.d/sympa stop
Stopping Sympa subsystem:
Stopping module bounced.pl: success
Stopping module archived.pl: success
Module bulk.pl not running
Module sympa.pl not running
Stopping module task_manager.pl: success
Although both bulk.pl and sympa.pl is running and the service is working fine.
After initiating the stop I still see those two processes in the process list:
sympa 28958 0.0 0.2 181304 57352 ? SL Apr20 0:04 /usr/bin/perl /data/apps/sympa/6.1.4/bin/sympa.pl
sympa 28960 0.0 0.1 162828 44268 ? SL Apr20 0:57 /usr/bin/perl /data/apps/sympa/6.1.4/bin/bulk.pl
and I have to kill them by hand.
Has anyone experienced this before?
