Yes but listmaster can create scenario file and give them a name so list 
owner can select thoses configs for thre lists.

The first rule that match is used to decide what Sympa do. Possible 
value are specified in scenario documentation. editorkey mean that the 
message is forwarded to the list editors with a key value they must 
return in order to validate the message.

"->" is the only separator from left rule side (condition and 
authentication method) and sympa action.
