The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

For the first time, I have had sympa.pl repeatedly exit complaining that 
it could not allocate memory in safefork.

It took a while to track down, but the cause was a single posting to a 
list with a body size of 18M.

I would not have expected this to cause an issue.  Are there any 
parameters I can tune that would have allowed this message to be processed.
