Reception mode is mail.

I should note that this list was migrated from Listproc using the
lp2sympa script
<http://www.sympa.org/contribs/migration_and_archives/index#lp2sympa>.
I don't know if that would make any difference.

I have attached a database dump of the user's entry in subscriber_table
in XML format (engineeringweb.xml).  I have X'd out the actual user
address.

I cloned the list to engineeringwebtest and added the X'd out user as the
only user.  That list works just fine, so there is something specific
about the user's entry in engineeringweb.  I have also attached the
database dump for the test list and user (engineeringwebtest.csv).
