The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Sympa 6.0.1

Most of our mailing lists are synchronized with groups in an LDAP 
directory; I'd like to disable all email notifications to bounce members 
if they were sync'd from anything other than the "mail" source 
(self-subscribed) and disable the alerts to owners of lists if the list 
has no members with "mail".

Is this possible to do without any customization to Sympa?
