The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Here are some log entries related to this issue:

May 19 15:16:34 list sympa(creation)[6460]: List::new() The list 
"maillist" has got no owner defined
May 19 15:16:40 list sympa[6461]: List::new() The list "maillist" has 
got no owner defined
May 19 15:17:05 list sympa(creation)[6460]: List::new() The list 
"maillist" has got no owner defined
May 19 15:17:25 list task_manager[6571]: List::new() The list "maillist" 
has got no owner defined

These logs occurred when maillist received a message.  But, the list 
received other messages before this without any problem.

The "owners" of the list can definitely be seen in the maillist/config.

As mentioned earlier, running sympa.pl --reload_list_config 
--address@concealed corrects the condition.
