Some parameters such as colors are stored in database so you can edit
them online. Then they are stored in database. If you prefer to edit
them in files, you must run "sympa.pl --conf_2_db" in order to copy
thoses parameters in database. Then restart related process (apache).
That's the way we introduce on-line parameters editing feature without
removing compatibility with previous versions.
