I did all three steps, including the following lines

into both /etc/sympa.conf anf the robot.conf for the virtual host. Alas, when
I go look at the skinsedit page, the colors being shown in the table are still
theold Sympa defaults. Can you tell me which file is reading and setting the
color variables in sympa.conf and further down so I can check how they are
being loaded?
