The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I saw there are couple priority mentioned in session 6.9 for sympa5.1.2:
"sympa_priority"   - default 1 
"request_priority" - default 0 
"owner_priority"   - default 9   
"default_list_priority"  - default 5 - if not defined in the list 
configuration file


I already put the following in my /etc/aliases
Sympa: "/etc/smrsh/queue sympa"
Bounce+*: "|/etc/smrsh/bouncequeue sympa"
Sympa-request:   address@concealed
Sympa-owner:     address@concealed

So I assume adding the following into my symp.conf file will be sufficient to 
get all listmasters' request to have higher priority? Or I need to add the 
list specifically in sympa.conf or /etc/aliases (good example will highly 
appreciated)?

sympa_priority   1
request_priority          0 
owner_priority  9
default_list_priority  5

You should set the list priority parameter. When scanning the msg spool,
Sympa sorts messages using list priority. With version 6, distribution
of a message to a high priority list can be performed before the
distribution to a low priority already started is finished.
