The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi all,

I've setup a test group on demo.sympa.org and try to make some posts in
Russian. I've tried both web interface and emails, but all emails, and all
system notifications are garbage. They suppose to be UTF-8, but in some
point conversion probably goes wrong and we see this -

Is this only demo.sympa.org "feature", or it can be fixed somewhere in admin
settings ?
