The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

You can use custom list parameters 
(https://www.sympa.org/manual/parameters-others#custom_vars) for this. 
There is an example in the doc that tackles exactly this problem.
You can read it here:

In that example, you could use the following line in you "send" scenario :

is_subscriber([custom_vars->sisterList],[sender])         
smtp,smime,md5            ->   do_it
