We had a similar problem with RT (Request Tracker) and Sympa looping, so
we added some lines to the .procmailrc file on the RT system. Basically
if a message comes from sympa and tries to enter RT, it is not processed
as a ticket, but only forwarded to a specific user alias.

.procmailrc:

:0
* ^TO(rt_address)
* ^Return-Path:.*(server1|server2|sympa)@domain.com
!address@concealed
