The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi,
I'm trying to set up sympa to use it with my configuration 
(postfix/dovecot/ldap), without any success.
I've tried to follow lots of how-to, and I managed to get it working, 
but it's not sending mail to the users in the mailing lists.
I think I miss some points to set it up right.
- I want to create my lists based on @lists.mydomain.com, so I've set 
this in the mydestination and also I've set up a DNS name for the server

- I've modified postfix as follows:
alias_maps = 
hash:/etc/aliases,hash:/etc/mail/sympa.aliases,ldap:/etc/postfix/ldap_aliases.cf 

alias_database = hash:/etc/aliases,hash:/etc/mail/sympa.aliases
mydestination = esci.es, jupiter.esci.es, lists.esci.es, 
localhost.esci.es, localhost
virtual_alias_maps = ldap:/etc/postfix/ldap_aliases.cf, 
regexp:/etc/postfix/virtual-regex
# sympa
sympa_destination_recipient_limit = 1
sympabounce_destination_recipient_limit = 1
transport_maps = regexp:/etc/mail/sympa_transport_regexp

- this is added by default to /etc/mail/sympa.aliases:

I can create lists, but users do not receive nor can send mails to the 
list.

What am I doing wrong?
