The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I've recently upgraded to the current version of Sympa, and when I got
to rebuild the archives, I'm getting this error:

I'm thinking this is a permissions problem, because if I run the
command manually, I get the archive files.

If I run the command as "sympa", I'm getting this error:
ERROR: setuid/setgid execution not supported!

What do I need to set in order to make this work?

I'm running

 2.6.16.60-0.34-bigsmp #1 SMP Fri Jan 16 14:59:01 UTC 2009 i686 i686
i386 GNU/Linux
