The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

sympa.pl dies and the listmasters receive a mail with the contents at
the bottom of this mail.

The first time this happened (14:10 yesterday), a restart was enough.
The other times this happened, restart wouldn't work and we eventually
found a specific mail-message that was preventing a restart. We moved
this manually out of the queue, and restart worked.

This is sympa version 5.4.6. We run 5.4.7 on a test-system that
receives no mail, there logging doesn't happen at all because of
utf8-errors in Sys::Syslog (v0.22).
