Salaam,

I just recovered the sympa database from a complete server crash.

Everything is fine except for the fact that my 1000+ users are unable to log 
into the web interface with their former passwords.

I accidentally deleted the cookies.history file

Now whenever someone does a reset password the system returns to them in the 
form of password unintelligible characters that even cannot be read some 
thing like this σ��       V  as the password

An example response from sympa on a forgot password is like this
