Of course this option seems not acceptable for the usage I can imagine
of encryption. May be we can accept that feature if you submit a patch
for it. You should prepare it as a patch for version 6. Version 6
include a new bulk mailer so a patch from version 5 could be difficult
to apply to version 6. You fetch it from SVN trunk. Encryption is not
yet tested withthis new bulkmailer.
The design : add a new subscriber option . That option must not be
included in available option set by default only could be selected by
list owner.
