Is there documentation on how Sympa creates URLized attachment links? We have
users reporting that the links do not work. There are lots of characters in
the
URL (such as RETASVGDSWTE#$%@#$GDFSGT) and we would like to know how to
decipher it.
For example:
The msg_0 file that was initially attached to this message has been
stored on the mailing lists server:
http://attach.servername.edu/delivery/listname/F153A94AC0A2B646B25F2460CFD
address@concealed/msg.0
I see a few problems;
1. It separated the URL into two lines, which breaks the link
2. It shortened the URL because the msg.0 should have said msg.00001
Also, is there a character limit on a URL? Perhaps 120 characters?
The real location for the attachment is:
/address@concealed/2009-03/msg00001
Thank you for helping us understand this.
