The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Without any obvious reasons - I haven't change consciously anything in
the system although I have been browsing configuration files - sympa
(still 5.2.3) stopped distributing messages to all lists!

Here is a fragment of the exim log:

However there is no trace of any action on the message in sympa.log
and syslog.

Any advice will be appreciated.

P.S. In Debian an old bug returned, just after the installation the
