I have installed sympa 5.4.3 on Fedora 8

During the make I got the following output

The status of Regexp::Common is not understandable and the CGI-Fast Module's
status shows doesn't return 1. and same is the case with SOAP::Lite. Is it a
problem.

I have installed the perl modules both by cpan (perl -MCPAN -e shell) and also
manually using a tar-ball ie tar.gz file downloaded from http://www.cpan.org/
but still it shows the same output

Can anyone help fix this.
