Sympa does not support more than one digest pr. day
(digest daylist hour:minutes).

Is it possible trigger digests hourly by means of an custom list task or 
custom Perl package? Other suggestions?

Alternatively, is it possibile to trig a digest based on the number of 
messages recieved?
