The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi,

An owner of a list can create other owners, if they are privileged.

However, the created owners remain in normal mode.

How can a privileged owner grant that privileged access to other owners of 
the same list?

Failing that, how can we modify sympa so that list owners default to 
privileged mode?
