I have just completed the install of 5.4.3 on a new server which I want
to use the existing mysql database. When I view the web interface on
this new server, I am getting
The mailing list server is in maintenance mode, no operation can be
performed during this period. Have I missed a step during the install as
I am unable to figure this one out.
