You're using two diffrente options: 1- sudo : if you set your sudoers file, you must use the sudo wrapper, wwsympa_sudo_wrapper.pl. Also, don't forget, as mentionned in the doc to comment these lines: #Defaults requiretty #Defaults env_reset2- C wrapper : if you use wwsympa-wrapper.fcgi, then you don't have to set your sudoers files, because you won't use sudo. You will launch wwsympa-wrapper.fcgi through apache. all you must check is that the bit S is se't on wwsympa-wrapper.fcgi (chmod u+s wwsympa-wrapper.fcgi) Normally, it must work then. I d'ont see CAs interfering in the execution of the script : the ownership of the process is checked during the intiliaziation part of the script.
