The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hey

I have just finish setting up sympa, and when using wwsympa interface I cannot
create a list. I get greeted with:

ERROR () - Syntax errors with the following parameters : listname 
ERROR (create_list) - Missing argument listname 

I am hoping someone could help me diagnose this issue. I have put the output I
get from logs and such below. I have tried modifying different things such as
the scenari, but I am really just using the package that was in aptitude with
ubuntu so I don't think it should be broken.

I used the default stuff from Ubuntu to set this up and have looked 
everywhere.
My error logs reveal:

My scenari create_list.public_listmaster is the default
title.gettext anybody by validation by listmaster required

is_listmaster([sender])   md5,smime -> do_it

I apologize if this is an easy answer or if this answered else where. I check
the FAQ and search the archives and found nothing. Any help would be
appreciated.
