We have 5 scenarios for web archive access:

 

access_web_archive.bc_addresses_only

access_web_archive.closed

access_web_archive.closed:ignore

access_web_archive.default

access_web_archive.owner

access_web_archive.public

 

The closed one is hidden.  The problem we have is that you cannot set it default.

is_subscriber([listname],[sender])             md5,smime    -> do_it

is_editor([listname],[sender])                 md5,smime    -> do_it

is_listmaster([sender])                        md5,smime    -> do_it

true()                                    smtp,md5,smime    -> reject(reason='web_archive_default')

If you do it ends up breaking the permissions, see the screen shot below.  I can copy the default on to some thing like subscriber_only and it works, but then I need to change the setting on 2000 lists.
