The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I made some changes to the sympa mail templates (notably, the 
listowner_notification) and I wanted to know if there was a way to get 
the Sympa to email a sample of a resulting message without going through 
the trouble of simulating an event, such as a bounced member report?
