The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi,

It is impossible to know why this message is sent to bad from the 
informations you provide.
Are you sure this email is the one the user is subscribed with ?
What scenario send do you use?
Could we have a look to the email copied in the bad/ folder?

Try launching sympa in debug mode to have more verbose logs.
