The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello.
I have a mailing list foo.
I have users from another mailing list bar, and they are subscribed to 
bar but not to foo.
I would like users belonging from bar being able to read and write 
messages to foo even if they are not
formal members of foo and alos I would like them to read archives of foo.
Is it possible in some way ?
