Hi Riccardo,
You're absolutely right : For some strange reasons I just found out that the changes applied with the patch of M.Massar were canceled by the next commit. See http://sourcesup.cru.fr/cgi/viewvc.cgi/branches/sympa-5.3-branch/wwsympa/wwsympa.fcgi?root=sympa&r1=3754&r2=3755
I've reported the patch to the 5.3 branch.
Thanks for reporting this.
Reading email from holiday.... UMTS...
Looks like the patch was included 14 months ago, but when I installed sympa-5.3.2 a few week ago I had to manually apply it...
did I miss something ?

It works now but I am using wwsympa_sudo_wrapper.plThe patch is also part of Sympa 5.3, check http://sourcesup.cru.fr/cgi/viewvc.cgi/branches/sympa-5.3-branch/wwsympa/wwsympa.fcgi?root=sympa&view=log
with wwsympa_wrapper writte in C it does not work and I have this error:
[Tue Jul 17 16:09:30 2007] [warn] FastCGI: (dynamic) server "/home/sympa/bin/wwsympa-wrapper" has failed to remain running for 30 seconds given 3 attempts, its restart interval has been backed off to 600 seconds
with sympa 5.2 I was running wwsympa-wrapper
I sitll have problems with X509 authentication, and I will apply the patch.
Can I Ask why the Massar patch is not applied by default to the sympa 5.3 distribution ?
