You can disable some locales by editing the "supported_lang" sympa.conf parameter, see http://www.sympa.org/wiki/manual/conf-parameters/part3#supported_lang

the only one that i could'nt solve was with the eu locale. i activated all
basque locales available in debian and still make of sympa 5.3 complains that
locale is missing. it would be cool to have a configure switch to disable
some locales.
