Thanks to yourself and Eddy for pointing this out - this is great, I've now
also manage to move the 'Manage Subscribers' link to the top of the list!

Yes, very aware of this. I'm copying all modified files to the proper
location before changing them.

We are using a mixture of MMDF and EZMLM - MMDF is too basic (doesn't allow
us to moderate) and EZMLM is too complex (users can't cope with anything
that isn't a web interface these days). Plus now there is the extra
requirement to handle a second domain. Sympa looks the tool for the job,
mainly as we can authenticate users using their existing accounts and
passwords! We can also switch to a pure Exim setup rather than qmail, which
no-one here has any experience with any more.

Thanks for the swift responses - there are lots of other things I need to
iron out before we go live so I'm sure I'll be in touch again soon!
