Hmm.

The changes were not applied. However, your URL gave me the clue I
needed to know where to look, and I've updated our css.tt2 file to have
the changes in it, and now, everything works.

We don't have any *.css files in the web tree anywhere.

Confirmed that this was the problem, now fixed.
