Hi Folks,

I installed 5.2.4 last night, but it doesn't seem to work with IE7 (as
tried both by myself and one of my users - from different machines).

Is there a missing step besides the basic download, config, make, make
install, restart everything? The home page shows that I'm running
5.2.4, but IE 7 still can't access the login boxes.

If you are using static CSS you should use the admin-interface to
regenerate those static files.

Could someone point me at a manual on how to do that, or, if there's no
manual, fill me in? I'm inheriting our sympa installation and I'm still
not entirely up to speed on everything.

Went through that myself a while back. (posted to the list, got the
same answer)

Thanks, I appreciate it.

Procedure turns out to be as follows:

1. log into your server
2. click the "sympa admin" tab (across the top of the page)
3. scroll down the page, look for "Skins, CSS and colors" - click on
"skins administration page"
4. on the resulting page is a button labeled "install static css" -
click on it

Hmm. We're not using static CSS, apparently, as there is no button,
only a message telling me how to set up static CSS. However, 5.2.4 is
still not working with IE7 in terms of allowing people to log in.

Suggestions?
