Hi,Sure, it's easy.
Is there an easy way to delete a group of messages from the archives, rather than deleting them 1-by-1?
Open the archive for a given month. Hopefully there will be several pages for this month. For example when I open January I see "Pages navigation" "Page # 6/6". When you move to a different page within the given month, there will be a checkbox for each message and a "Tag messages for deletion"-button at the bottom.
If there is only a single page for a month, e.g. February should be likely, you can't navigate to a previous page, so you have to do a little typing. You will get an url of something like "https://HOSTNAME/sympa/arc/LISTNAME/2007-02/". Change this manually to "https://HOSTNME/sympa/arc/LISTNAME/2007-02/mail1.html"
Enjoy.
