Hi Matthew,

These error messages seem to tell that the perl module DBD::mysql is not correctly installed.
It suggest you try reinstalling manually :

• download tar.gz from http://search.cpan.org/~capttofu/DBD-mysql-4.001/
• tar -zxvf
  

• perl Makefile.PL ; make ; make test ; make install
