Hi all,

Sympa-doc says (http://www.sympa.org/doc/html/node16.html#virtual-robot):
"Note that the main limitation of virtual hosts in Sympa is that you cannot create 2 lists with the same name (local part) among your virtual hosts."

Sympa-faq says:
"May I define several list using the same name ?

The need is to define two list named for exemple address@concealed and address@concealed running virtual robot definition.

The answer is yes . This was not true with version prior to 5.2 because of the database structure. Now Sympa support full virtual robot without any limitation."

I hope the faq is correct and the dos is outdated. ;-)

However, I had some problems today when creating a second host.
Currently all lists are at ~/expl/LOCALPART
I created ~/etc/lists.newdomain.org, copied the sample robot.conf to this location and edited it.
I created ~/expl/lists.newdomain.org and created two lists. One with a conflicting name, one with a unique name. The one using the unique name did work, however the other one misbehaves. Basically, it seems to take (at least part of) the other lists configuration (the new one is public, the "earlier" one is closed, postings to the new one are denied by sympa).

I admit I can't provide much useful information yet, so lets stick to the first question at the moment: ist address@concealed and address@concealed possible?

Sympa is 5.2.1 here.
