Peter,

You're right : there's some pieces of HTML missing in the 
compose_mail.tt2 web template. Obviously it has been lost while merging 
sympa-topics CVS branch with main branch.

I've back-ported the topics-related feature in the stable branch ; you 
can get the patch here :
