Hi Philip,

The program that does the queuing of messages needs to have the SetUID bit. If not the sympa.pl process will not have sufficient permissions to access the spooled messages.

You probably, somehow, lost the SetUID bit on the /home/sympa/bin/queue program. You should check it.
