The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,
I have a problem wit sympa 5.2.1
I am running it on FreeBSD 6.1

When I open the home page of sympa in the menu language options
there is nothing related to various language selections but only empty 
spaces
in the menu.
The menu about languages is not working... but the package needed by sympa
to support internationalization
(sympap5-Locale-libintl-1.16 Internationalization library for Perl) is 
installed.
How can I fix this ?
